How to check correct term or lack of it

I need to check if words in source segments are translated with different words in different target segments (post editing). So I just need to check if A in source, then B in target. What is the best way? Thanks for any help!

  1. Create a glossary in Excel with source term in column A and target term in column B.
  2. Save the file as tab-delimited text file.
  3. Add it to your Xbench project as Key Terms.
  4. At the QA tab, make sure to enable Key Term Mismatch at Content checkgroup.
