We’ve had this issue for months where we can’t upload any memoQ xliff files (both mqxliff and mqxlz) because it says “duplicated source”.
Currently using memoQ 9.8 and Xbenc 3.0 1484.

You are currently using an old build.
This issue is fixed in build 1520. Update to the most recent build from Download.

I have this same issue with the free version (Xbench 2.9 - Build 474).
Does it support memoQ files?

Xbench 2.9 does not support memoQ XLIFF format. The first version to support memoQ XLIFF format was Xbench 3.0.
