Detect different source and target

Is there any way to detect target strings that are different from source strings in Xbench?

The following search should detect those strings:

Source: "^(.+)=1$"
Target: -^@1$

Search mode: Regular Expressions
Powersearch: On. Press Ctrl+P to run the search at the Search tab.
