# Error message when trying to export QA

Hi there,

First of all I want to wish you all a happy 2017!

I am writing here, since I have been using XBench 3.0 for almost two years now, and all of a sudden when exporting QA results I have received an unregistered class error message, and I wonder if someone can help me.

If you happen to be exporting the QA results to the Excel format, is Excel properly installed on your system?
