Hello,

I have have 2 word documents. One is a source text (english) and the other target (translation from english source to slovenian). I would like to know if there is a way to import those WORD documents in xbench and compare if numbers match?

(I don’t have any file from any cat tool, like trados)

Thank you!

Xbench does not import these monoligual files directly. You need to align them first with some aligner (in a CAT tool or standalone), and then import into Xbench the resulting biligual file.

Thank you for your answer!

I guess I could do that with sdl aligner, but the thing is that my documents have a lot
of bookmarks and it takes a lot of time to align them in sdl. Is there any
other alignment tool that is more efficient and demands less manual adjustments?
