Xbench currently does not allow to comment on issues, it just allows you to mark them to either reduce  
report size or to hide them in future passes.

It is unlikely that we introduce Excel import or Excel comparison capabilities in Xbench in the near future but perhaps there are existing tools that allow you to compare Excel files.
